Capital Letters is a unique values driven business, we procure and manage London accommodation from private landlords and managing agents to prevent and relieve homelessness across the capital.
We do this in collaboration with our London council members to reduce competition between the boroughs, drive efficiency and produce better outcomes for London's homeless households.
We are looking to recruit driven Housing Negotiators to join our team and play a vital role in procuring accommodation across the private sector.
As a Housing Negotiator, you will be responsible for meeting targets to procure high quality, sage and secure accommodation. Sourcing property from within the private sector, you will deliver homes of suitable types, sizes and locations to meet the needs of our partner organisations.

The starting salary for this role is £33,000 per annum, rising to £36,000 upon successful completion of the probation period. The salary will rise again to £38,760 at 12 months', dependant on performance.
